Many soldiers would like to see an MI Mentorship established, a program that would pair experienced officers, warrant officers, and noncommissioned officers with up-and-coming soldiers in order to provide a low risk personal forum for discussion of topics of mutual concern.

Finding a mentor
MICA's mentors are available to any individual with current MICA membership. If you are interested in accessing a MICA mentor in this program, log in using your membership ID and your password. This will provide you with a Mentors link on the Members menu. Review the available mentors to see which one you might be interested in engaging in discussion. You will find summary information about their military and civilian experience.

Once you have selected an individual, use the email address given to contact him or her. Mentors have agreed to respond to your inquiry within 72 hours if possible. Normally, you can expect much faster turn time than that, but for sake of a rule, 72 hours was settled upon.
